These Terms of Service govern your use of marinavictoria.com and the coaching services offered by Marina Victoria. By accessing this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
02 SERVICES
Marina Victoria offers private 1:1 business strategy coaching sessions at $299 per hour (CAD), as well as free educational content via this website, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and a weekly newsletter. Sessions are conducted remotely via video call. A session recording is provided to the client after each call.
03 BOOKING & PAYMENT
Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of booking applies to that booking. All sales are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
04 POLICIES
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable. Marina Victoria reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of an emergency.
05 REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance. If you are unsatisfied with your session, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to address your concern.
06 COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Marina Victoria. SMS messages are used for booking confirmations, reminders, session follow-up, and promotional updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. One confirmation message will be sent upon opt-out. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Content on this website and in coaching sessions is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or professional business advice. 08 COPYRIGHT
All content on this website including text, graphics, videos, frameworks, and materials shared during sessions is the intellectual property of Marina Victoria. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Session recordings provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be shared publicly.
09 PRIVACY
Marina Victoria treats all information shared during sessions as confidential. We will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Clients are asked to treat any proprietary frameworks or methods shared during sessions as confidential.
10 LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marina Victoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.
11 JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
12 UPDATES
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
